These are 3 card that I made using my Cuttlebug embosser folders. I then used a glitter gel pen to trace/outline all (or most) of the embossed images. I used rhinestone bling to add a little extra to the card. I really like how these turned out, and they are very quick and easy to make. Thanks for looking!

This is a very simple train card I made using the My Community cartridge for the train. I used a couple small brads to connect it. I used the Celebrations cartridge for the word "Celebrate". I used bling rhinestones for the smoke coming from the train. I think this is a very cute card to use for a little boy.

Large tissue tile

I made this tissue tile for my mom for her birthday. This was done using a 12x12 tile. I think it makes a very nice collage.

Tissue Tiles

These are my first attempt at tissue paper tiles. They are of my two sons. I made a set for my dad and a set for my father-in-law. I couldn't believe how easy they were to make and how incredibly cute they turned out.
I used the Storybook cartridge to cut the names and year using vinyl. I of course used my gypsy to size my letters and numbers correctly. I then used Modge Podge to seal it.

This is a card I made for one of my BFF's for her birthday. I scraplifted the idea from someone on the Cricut Messageboard. I wish I could remember who, but a great big thank you to whoever it was, because I really enjoyed making this card. I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the background.
The inside of the card said ... Thanks for being the pee in my pants!
Cute don't you think?

Father's Day

These are the Father's day cards I made this year. I made my husband a 4-wheeler card, but I forgot to take a picture of it.

This is the fishing card I made for my dad. I used a few different carts for this one, but mainly Everyday Paper Dolls. I used my gypsy to layout the background and then to cut it out with the cricut, so I would no where everything would be on the card since it has a lot of elements to this card.

This is the card I made for my Father-in-Law. He was a carpenter by profession, before he retired. I used the new Cricut Lite cartridge Handy Man. (With the exception of the man, which was made with Every Day Paper Dolls.) I love this cart for guy cards and layouts. The #1 Dad is from the new Cricut Lite cart Celebrate with Flourish. I'm really enjoying the new lite carts and am having a hard time deciding which one to buy next, although I think I have it narrowed down to just two!

Butterfly card

This cute little butterfly is from the Create a Critter cartridge. I used my gypsy to make her into a card. I used distressed stickles for the glitter on her wings and antennae. She was fun to make. I used this card for a birthday card for a wonderful little girl who just turned 5.

This is my mom's birthday card which I designed on my gypsy. It is was intended to be her dog Mollie, however it really looks nothing like her as you can see Mollie below. But the card turned out very cute and my mom loved it and that's all that mattered! I used Everyday Paper Dolls for the layout of this card. Isn't it cute?

This is the real Mollie... Isn't she adorable? She is my mom's dog. I have her sister. They are just over a year old.

Hip Hip Hippo card

This is one of my favorite cards I have made. It is the very cute hippo on the Create a Critter cartridge. I used the gypsy to weld 2 hippos together. The image on the right is the inside of the hippo card. The Create a Critter cartridge is one of my favorite cartridges because of the very easy layering.

Thank you cards for my son's teachers.

I used Doodlecharms cartridge for this card. I used the gypsy to weld the two apples together. And used the cricut to cut them out.

I used the gypsy and cricut to create this arrow card. I used the Learning Curve cricut cartridge. This was for the principal. His favorite saying is "Excellent"!

This is my beehive card that I made with my gypsy and cut out with the cricut. I used Walk in my Garden cricut cartridge.

First Attempt at Glass Etching

I made this platter for both my mom and mother in law for Mother's Day. It was my first attempt at glass etching which turned out to be be super easy. I cut the flower with the cricut out of vinyl using the Accent Essentials Cartridge. I used my gypsy to get the size correct. For a first attempt, I think it turned out pretty good. I did have a couple of boo-boo's on it, but over-all it went pretty well.

Packing up My G

So today I packed up my gypsy. I have to send it back to PC to get it replaced. I packed it up too late to actually ship it, but at least I have it ready to be shipped. I can't procrastinate any longer!

Making sure I have all my pieces together.

My naked gypsy in her box, waiting to be boxed up.

All boxed up and waiting to be shipped!

Such a sad day! :-( Sure hope my new one comes quickly!!

Slider Butterfly Card

This is a card I made a while ago using the Stampin Up slider punch. I love this punch. It is actually one of the only punches that I use. The stamps on this card are all from Stampin Up also.

Sad Day

Tomorrow is going to be a very sad day for me and my gypsy (My g). My g is not holding a charge so Provo Craft is replacing her for me. Which is great...Thank you PC.. But a sad day all the same...I have become quite attached to My g. I carry her everywhere and I am seldom seen without her in my hands. I love to design on her. So tomorrow is the day...I have to pack her up and send her back to PC. I am not quite sure what I will do without her. I will still have my "work" gypsy that I use in the Cricut Demo Army, but its just not the same as My g. Who would have thought I would enjoy the gypsy this much. Two months ago I swore I had no need for one and now I can't live without it! Oh what a sad day...I sure hope she won't be gone for long...I have so much to plan and design and create.....

The Cricut Cake

The Cricut Cake
I am a member of the Cricut Demo Army. I do demo's of Provocraft products for Michael's and JoAnn's. I demo the Cricut, Cricut Cake, Gypsy and Yudu. I have been having a blast at my job. I truly enjoy what I do. It is the first time I have worked outside the home in about 4 1/2 years so it is nice to be able to get out of the house and to also enjoy what I am doing is just a bonus!! Below is just a sample of some of the cakes I have made. On my other posts you will see what I can do with the Cricut. Thanks for looking!!

This is what one of my demo tables looks like.

This is my cake I did for a summer cake. I used the cake that JoAnn's had because they wanted to keep it and display it. It turned out cute, but I had a lot of trouble with this one. First I was using their machine, not my usual one and it didn't cut properly at first. Then the cuts I was trying to use were not playing nice. But in the end it turned out pretty cute, even if it is not the same cake I started out making.

This is my Memorial Day cake I made for my Michael's demo. I thought this cake turned out pretty neat, for a fake cake.

This is one of the first cakes I made while demoing at Michael's. It wasn't one of the most creative cakes I ever made, but it showed what the Cricut Cake could do with fondant.

This is my dad's birthday cake I made him using the Cricut Cake. I was in Chicago for his birthday so when I returned home and learned how to use this machine I made him my very first cake!!

Easter Card

I know it is a couple months past Easter, but since I am just starting my blog I thought I would add this card anyway. I used the Easter Cartridge and cut it with my cricut.

I did it!

I've been wanting to start a blog, so it is. Not sure what I'm doing, so bear with me! I've been wanting a place to showcase my creative outlet. I figured what better place than my own blog. Thanks for checking it out.
